RETURN POLICY

  • Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at GoldenFactory.com, you may return the product within 7 days.

  • To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.) Shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible about any damage or defects caused by buyers. Returned Items should be at the same condition for resale. If there are any damage caused by customers, refund will not be available. All our products are double checked by our qualified technicians before shipping.
  •  Item(s) that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged.

  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a refund. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you qualify for a refund, contact Golden Factory Customer Service at info@goldenfactory.com. Please follow the instructions below carefully before returning items.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Obtain your RMA# within 7 days of receipt of your order via e-mail by submitting the short form.

  • All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.

  • Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.

  • Customers are reponsible for all shipping charges of the returning merchandise.
